ReplyDeleteI actually agree with you Megan, financially it is a bit of a hit to offer a sibling discount. Like you, I have done it in the past and I continue to offer it but over the years I have adjusted it. A few years back a client that was relocating commented to me that the preschool her twins where enrolling in offered less of a sibling discount than I did. Realizing that I could ill afford to offer a larger discount than a school, I quickly decreased my discount from 20% to 10%. Thankfully, the issue is a rare one so I don’t take many financial hits.
