When you’re just starting out and you have no children enrolled yet. Your playroom is inviting, your menu is scheduled and your handbook is printed and bound. You’ve interviewed family after family, and they all sound very interested, but no one wants to be the first family to enroll their child. They all say they’d like to wait until you have more children registered.
