Leftover Turkey Casserole {using ONLY leftovers!}

Your fridge is full of turkey and vegetable leftovers, but you need other ingredients to make anything exciting out of them, right?  You’d make Turkey Pot Pie, but then you’d have to make the pie crust first.  Or you’d make sandwiches, but the leftover rolls are getting crusty.

Here’s a great {and simple} way to use up those leftovers without any additional ingredients and without a trip to the store first!

Ingredients:

-leftover cooked turkey, cut into bite-sized pieces

-leftover cooked veggies (corn, carrots, peas, beans, potatos, etc), cut into bite-sized pieces

-leftover cooked stuffing (dressing)

-leftover gravy (or a leftover packet of gravy powder)

Directions:

1. Mix everything except the stuffing in an oven-safe pie plate or casserole dish.

2. Top with the stuffing.

3. Bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes (or until heated through and bubbling).

4. Serve with a fresh green salad and have some of that leftover pie for dessert!

Enjoy!

    This is great! My husband likes to make sandwiches but I’m not a fan! Definitely going to try this out instead! Thanks for sharing!

    That sounds amazing, but the thing is – when I make a turkey, there usually aren’t that many leftovers. My family eats until they are so full I have to roll them away from the table.

    It is so great to have more recipes to use leftovers. I hate for food to go to waste.

    I love casseroles so this is a recipe that I could modify and use. Definitely a good way to use leftovers.
